Generation through Visualization

As National Science Foundation supported international research project we are exploring visual tools for the development of strategic options in the context of digital transformation, and this in close cooperation with the Federal University of Minais Generais. We explore the use of so-called Sankey and Alluvial Diagrams for the development and refinement of strategic ideas based on individual ideation. For this we are running a series of lab-based and in-situ experiments with managers, innovation consultants, innovation students, and further participants. We also compare human creativity with artificial creativity in this context and hope to uncover biases, blind spots, or respective strengths.
